Placed an order but realised straight away I had made a mistake. I emailed them maybe 3 minutes later to be told the order was for goods in stock and it could not be cancelled. Not only can I not cancel but I'll have to return the item, will not receive a refund and the credit can only be used for the same item in a different colour or size. I cannot understand how this is allowed this day and age and actually though they had to offer a cancellation or refund if goods are purchased online by law.
