This company’s website looks legitimate, with a clean design and a clearly stated return policy and customer care guarantee. Do not be fooled. It is a complete scam. The products are cheap, poorly made, and nothing like what is advertised. When I reached out to customer service, it became obvious they were outsourced and barely understood English. The website never mentions that.To make things worse, their refund requirements are completely different from what is stated in their own return policy. They invent new rules just to avoid issuing refunds. It is dishonest and unethical.They do not honor their guarantees, and they absolutely do not care about their customers.
