Item took longer to arrive than what was on their website by over a week, and that’s taking into consideration 10-15 business days and going off of 15 business days. Item does not come from NY as their website indicates, it comes from China and returns must be made to China. Was able to dispute with my credit card company and receive full refund. Their refund policy is also 30 days from date of purchase and my item arrived AFTER the 30 days. They would also not issue a RMA which their website indicates it is required for refunds.
