“I am the program!” That’s the most important thing that my coach (Coach Del Millers) has taught me since I started working with him and Committed Coaches. I started May of 2025 and since then, I’ve lost 66 lbs as of 2/15/26. I’m 9.8 lbs from my goal weight and I know that I wouldn’t be saying if I hadn’t stumbled onto CC. I went from wearing a size 16R-18 or XL clothing to a size 6 currently, or size small. And while I’ve lost weight, I’ve gained so much more in the way of confidence, gratefulness and respect for myself that I’ve never felt before. I’m so grateful for all of the support from the coaches that I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and the community of like minded people going through their own health journey. Everyone is genuinely vested in your success and so knowledgeable! You’ll learn how food is medicine and how it heals your body when you eat the right foods at the right time and in the right amounts. If you’re on medications for any reason and have been told that you will need to take them for the rest of your life, don’t believe it!!! Your doctor just doesn’t know how food works or doesn’t believe that you’ll do what’s necessary to get off of them. But I can tell you that it’s possible! My coach teaches you how your body works and about how your body needs to change from a cellular level and that no matter what your goals are, a healthy diet is the answer. Once you understand how your body functions and how food is used by your body, it’s just a matter of implementing what you learn. It’s incredible how easy that is, and yet if you don’t have the right mindset when things are hard, or you don’t see results right away, you may begin to sabotage yourself or try to give up on yourself (again). You’ll learn not to focus on the scale because the scale doesn’t know how to measure the non scale victories that are a better indication of your success than the number that you see. That’s a hard concept to wrap your head around, but it’s so true! You will learn how to have the right mindset along the way so that you’ll keep working towards your goals, even when it doesn’t look like anything’s happening; you’ll be encouraged to keep moving forward as if you’re getting results because with consistency, you never know what’s going on inside your body, and once you’ve met the right conditions for your body to change, it’ll happen and you would never know if you didn’t just keep moving forward! Coach Del and the rest of the coaching staff teach consistency over perfection! “Weight loss is just a consequence of getting healthy and your results are inevitable”, as long as you practice consistency and follow the advice and never give up; it doesn’t matter how often you fall, as long as you get back up and keep improving, you will succeed! That’s what Coach Del is always saying to his clients. If you’re looking for the last thing that you’ll ever do to get healthy and stay there, you’ve come to the right place! The only thing that you’re gonna ask yourself is, “Why didn’t I start sooner?!” But remember this, the best time to start is now! Don’t put it off any longer because your future self is waiting to meet you, so don’t make him or her wait any longer! You won’t regret it, I promise! 💜
