No reply to emails or contact. No answer to phone call - shippment didn’t get mailed until 5 days after purchasing-stated item was to arrive on Friday and didn’t arrive until Monday fedex. Slow shipping from company- if you need fast. - not good. Item arrived and was new - good quality- new product.
