Community phone staff was very helpful but the company who was to send me the modem has fallen short of reliability in my eyes. Here it is Aug 23rd and I still don't have a modem for my landline. It was suppose to arrive 8/18/2025, delayed in shipment. Hazem st community sent in another order, that one was suppose to arrive 8/22/2025. I still don't have a modem. I've been missing important phone calls from doctor's offices, medical supply stores, nursing agencies, family members etc.
