It appears these guys recommend crooks on their site. I used these guys 3 weeks ago to find someone to trade in my iPhone 16 pro with. The trade in partner gave me a low ball offer claiming the condition of the phone was not as I had said. Untrue. They made another offer which was too low at which point I simply asked them to return the device. They then stopped responding to emails. I haven’t got my device back, nor any payment. And compare and recycle have been very slow to try and rectify the issue. UPDATE: The 48 hour mark passed yesterday, if as you say this is how long it takes them to respond then this should be settled by now. I have seen other reviews that are only days old suggesting others have had issues with Boost Gadgets as well. Why are you still advertising these crooks on your site?UPDATE 8/1/26: They have now sent me an amount of money for an offer I refused, and have evidence that I refused instead of sending the device back as requested. They are crooks and I will be contacting the police.
