Avoid subscribing to this service for leads as they appear to be scammers. Our organization subscribed for home care leads for 4 months, but primarily received referrals outside of my selected postcode areas. I raised this issue multiple times, but there was no resolution. They informed me that I could only receive up to 8 referrals each month. However, only one or two were relevant to my chosen areas, with the others being from elsewhere. Despite numerous complaints, nothing changed, and they continued to charge us until I canceled the subscription. I am dissatisfied with the service.
