Got an email from yachtinsuranceIRCM requesting more info and a link to a login page which is their own and not related to CYI's so I have no account/login there.CYI may be good, but the EX is immature and needs developing for consumers - situations like this, plus I've never seen a "hull & machinery sum insured" question before - no idea what that is. Then there's no contact to ask any Q's to explain things (or at least popups explaining explicitly what the questions mean). A lot of hassle and all rather uncertain for something legal & important. Needs work to make it useable.
