James was great he was articulated and informative and generally was able to answer questions without reading from a script. He also listened well something a lot of call centres forget. He cared and was present and attentive to my needs. I normally don’t do reviews but James certainly deserved one.great work keep it James you should be teaching others how it is done. Thank you
