I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. Along with their cohorts at Boiler Juice, this company seems to prioritize a £40 failed delivery charge over building meaningful relationships with new customers. Instead of offering a reasonable resolution or showing any understanding, they opted to charge me for a failed delivery, which seems to be their primary focus. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not their priority, and it's unfortunate that they seem more interested in collecting fees than cultivating long-term business relationships.
