Your Company is FANTASTIC Four days left of a most wonderful holiday in Malta only to be interrupted by my partner’s Son calling us from England to say your fish tank is leaking!!!A Fluval edge 46L tank with about 16L on the floor. After initial panic and realising it was a slow leak, he taped up the tank where the leak was and put towels everywhere ( the leak was still there but very small.)I’ve had tropical fish for over 25 years starting with a very large corner tank ending up with this smaller one, the fish have eventually all died off apart from Charlie, Charlie is a bottom feeder, he is 24 1/2 years old, my mum bought him for me so how could I leave the tank to drain for him to die? I would’ve felt like a murderer. My first port of call was a local aquatic Centre to near to where I live, I went on their website and unfortunately they did not have a fluval edge tank in stock !!! I managed to order it from Amazon delivering the day I returned which was fabulous ,I checked my order that evening only to find that the delivery date had changed from the 29th of October to the 19th of November (way too late)Panic set again, back on Google to find your company “ Complete Aquatics” The reason I wanted the exact same fish tank was so I could transfer the filters and everything in his tank, then the pH balance would be the same and I wouldn’t have to wait. Not only did you deliver the day I came back from my holiday you delivered at a perfect time which was lunchtime so in between washing from my holiday I could transfer Charlie to his new tank Another great thing about your company not only did you offer a 46L Fluval edge you offered a 23L Fluval edge much more suited to Charlie ,the same width but less height. It’s now five days since Charlie ended up in his new tank, he is very happy and so am I. I cannot thank you enough for supplying everything I needed Thank you, thank you, thank you. 🙏
