I ordered blinds and I thought I was happy with the installation, until I tried to pull up a blind. I cannot pull up the blind because I need the arm space to do this. Unfortunately, there's a wall which is preventing me from lifting the blinds. Someone came out to inspect the work, you would have thought he would have factored this in!. The installer came to install the blinds. You would have thought he would have tested the blinds as another quality check measure. I contacted the company and was informed the pull needs to be on the right and they don't think they can change it. However they will come back to me. Nobody has come back to me and I have had to chase them 3 times. It seems as soon as they get your money, they don't seem to be bothered. Aftercare is unsatisfactory. I even had to wait approx 4 weeks for the blinds. This is not what I paid for, blinds are suppose to go up and down!
