After purchasing a Bushnell v5 in April 25, it recently broke. After contacting Kieth at the complete golfer, he advised I send it back and they will forward to Bushnell for assessment to get me a replacement. When Bushnell replied to the saying they would not be sending a replacement back. The team at complete golfer, mainly Kieth fought tooth and nail to get me the replacement, which arrived yesterday.Absolute great customer care.
