Complete JokeI ordered my shutters in March of 2021- no, that's not a typo- I have been waiting for OVER TWO YEARS for my shutters after a partial fitting left me with paper blinds at my windows. After one year, they did indeed refund me for the window which remains shutter-less, but assured me that they would be able to supply and fit the outstanding shutters to apologise for the terrible service. How naive of me. There have been numerous delays, errors in their own measuring, excuses ranging from car accidents to illnesses. The most recent excuse was that my order measurements got lost- after coming to visit my house again to measure and re-order with a 9-10 week lead time, here I am again 27 weeks later with no shutters. To make matters worse I am in the process of selling my house and now am not sure that we will have completed before the shutters are fitted. This is over TWO YEARS since my initial order, and SIX MONTHS since I was assured that we would have this resolved. Communication from this company is completely non-existent. Hoping that posting on here may garner some sort of response given that emails, texts and phone calls are all ignored.
