If I could give less than one star I would!The owner was quick to measure up and take a deposit but once he had my money, the communication became a one way street.. Numerous fitting appointments were agreed but no-one turned up, no phone calls, nothing!My calls weren't picked up but replied to via messenger or sms, strange stories as to why the owner didn't make it: "the blinds had been delivered to the wrong shop", "he was in hospital" etc etc.Very insulting and frustrating that they were happy to waste my time and tell blatant lies.In the end I went to the shop and demanded a refund, I am in no doubt that had I not done that, I would still be waiting. (The owner did say that he would bring the money to me but as with all the other things he told me, that was also a lie).*Edit Amazing how quick you are to reply here, but when it comes to actually doing your job, you're nowhere to be seen or heard from!You and I both know, that your fitters were not running late but if they had been and you'd actually contacted me, perhaps we could've resolved the matter. Also, what I "did in your shop" was to stand well away from your(pretty rude) assistant and wait for you to transfer my money back to me.If you'd had the guts to face me, she wouldn't have to deal with unhappy customers, which is exactly what I said to her.You put her in that position-not me, but from her apparent lack of customer care skills, she was unable to see and accept that.The fact that you attack anyone on here who posts a negative review speaks for itself.*Edit no 2I did not turn up unannounced, I had told your assistant in person when I went to your shop the day before you'd promised me(for the third time) that you'd definitely be round to fit my blinds.I also told you, when I was on my way there.If you had any decency you would admit, that you messed up big time and apologise for wasting my time for several months but alas...
