This is the second time we’ve used this company, the first being 6 years ago at our old house. When we moved I searched around for quotes and Complete Shutters still couldn’t be beaten on price. Both times I can’t fault the service, I’m not sure where the bad reviews are coming from but my experience has been nothing but pleasant.
