Awful. Parted with a huge deposit and no shutters. Ordered our shutters (for 6 windows) in March, a huge deposit was taken via what’s app and as yet no shutters fitted (after many many failed attempts of contact and chasing on our part!) Reading other reviews we are not alone it seems.UPDATE: Due to deliver them today in person after suggesting we fit themourselves just to get some sort of closure. Guess what, no show. And no communication. Just awful service .
