Beware ! No products, full deposit still not received, now seeking legal advice. Complete Shutters accepted our order in December 2019, plus a large deposit. Due to delays with Corona Virus, we were very understanding and flexible with the non-delivery of our shutters and blinds order. We really wanted to support a small local business and left our deposit with them. However, over the Summer and after cancelling several bogus appointments to fit the product, we requested our full deposit back. Complete Shutters have now been continuously lied to and misled us over the past 5 months. We have still not yet received our full deposit back. Complete Shutters promised us, on three occasions, our remaining deposit back before Christmas. We never received the money, that has been over a year now. We found the whole experience really stressful and upsetting. We are now seeking legal advise, as we are sick of chasing this company. I would hate anyone to have a similar experience, so I strongly advise you not to place an order with this company. In summary: Appalling customer service and not to be trusted, from an unhappy, annoyed and out of pocket customer.
