Returning customer to Complete Shutters. We first used the company In 2015 and recently as we moved to Warwickshire. Dan was happy to come up and give us quote. There were a few teething problems due to brexit and the backlog in British ports. This caused a delay to us getting our blinds fitted, but Dan kept us as informed as he could but would have been nice to have a bit more communication.As soon as the blinds were in, we got a date for fitting and the fitting went smoothly. There were a couple of blinds that needed reordering but Dan got on it right away and his team talked us through how to fit the blinds ourselves (which was really easy). Overall we had a good experience with Complete Shutters and I’d definitely use them again and recommend. Always good to help small businesses especially during these times!!
