I've ordered with these guys for years and lately (in the last 6 months to a year ) they've become extremely bad in delivery, communication, timing....In the last order that I put through I waited 5 days then I emailed them asking to where my order is and why it hasn't been shipped???They replied 24 hours later saying....WE HAVE REFUNDED YOU YOUR MONEY. 1 I never asked for a refund 2 I think I need a explanation as in to where is my order why am I not getting my order and why am I getting a refund without asking 3 a apology would be nice as the products were very important for my food diet and competition etc I then waited 2 days for someone called CATHERINE (brand manager) to tell me that there was a problem with the warehouse blah blah blah so after 8 days altogether of going back and forth with these nasty individuals they didn't even think that it would be human to maybe give me a date as to when they can get me my product or even more human to actually say..for your next order we can offer you a discount or anything as a good gesture Instead they thought that my refund was something good from them Bare in mind these guys Whatsap me with offers everyday so when I was trying to get in touch with them they won't reply for minimum 24 hours or even 2-3 days I have recommended a lot of my friends family clients to this company and now I am taking my time to write this as I usually don't do anything like this but guys please anyone who's reading this you should stop shopping with these animals these disgraceful people careless individuals there's much better prices out there for the same products on google.com Thanks
