The plugin is fantastic; however, the support is lacking. This used to be a great company, but now their support seems overwhelmed, taking a long time to respond to tickets and fix critical issues. I advise caution until improvements are seen!
The support is great! We have been using the Complianz plugin for over a year now. And the support team has helped me multiple times with major and minor issues. Initial reply usually within a day or so, and the fix within a week. Special thanks to Roberto and Antonio for the latest fix :)
Great customer service! Sahar Amini and Antonio Candela solved my problem with Google Site Kit and the Web Worker Offloading extension, which was unloading the Site Kit script, and ultimately had nothing to do with Complianz.Complianz is simple and easy to install and use, and knowing that there are people who can answer your questions will help you make your choice!
I'm using the Complianz Cookie consent for wordpress. The plug in is straight forward and the online explanations are really detailed. At some point I contacted the support due to specific questions. Antonio C. answered super friendly, had solutions for everything and even double checked the solution at the end. Big thanks to the best support I could ask for.
