Review Time
This could take a while . We ordered a table and 4 chairs from Port talbot branch . Went in paid in full and delivery. Day of delivery boys were on time and very good off loaded the stuff and brought them in . Checked chairs all good checked the table and legs , Legs fin but when went to connect to underside of table only one bolt was carching on each leg. Told the shop they said we will checkl for longer bolts , Got back to us they had none . So i ordered some longer on amazon £10.95 . worked a treet. but when turned table over there was fdamage to the corner and there was a line end to end ,( flaw in it ). So back to the shop told them and showed the pics. No problem we will pick that other one up and replace . So not a problem , sorted for delivery guys came with it we opened it up together first thing we saw was the same problem corner was damaged so back it goes. Informed the shop and they said the will get one straight to us asap Thursday said the text. Thursday come the same delivery guy knocks he said i wont take this off the back has this is the best of 3 or 4 we checked and its the best . Flaw on top of table again with a few scratch marks . He said i did not take it off has i wouldf not except that it suppose to be a new table. Well that was it we want money back we told the shop . After a while the shop asked us to pick another table by this time the Mrs had enough of dealing with them and was not going to have anything off them, Even if it was free which i may add they never offered . Well the chairs and legs needed to be picked up but we would have to wait till Tuesday for them to pick it up, I took it up in the car on the Friday . Wife went back tpo give them the reciept and card it was paid on and they only said the delivery wont be paid back .S o i will be charging them for my part in delivering it back on that Friday . cheek of them holding back the delivery
I was delighted with my experience at Happy Homes Furnishers in Cross Hands. Needing a whole houseful of furniture I was impressed by their wide range of choice of quality items at reasonable prices. The staff were excellent especially Luke Whatley who was attentive and knowledgeable without being at all pushy. You can tell that this company is an independent, family run business that has a focus on customer service. From selection to delivery all went very smoothly. Highly recommended.

I visited Happy Homes in Crosshands looking for a sofa. We were welcomed by Luke who made us feel at home. After trying out a number of sofas, we asked Luke a number of questions regarding three different ones. He was able to answer them with ease. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I eventually decided on a sofa and Luke dealt with the purchase and delivery requirements very efficiently. A few days later I decided to purchase the matching chair. On this visit I was welcomed by Ceri. Again he was knowledgeable and made the purchase very easy. Many thanks to both Luke and Ceri - I will be back due to your customer service
