I have faced not only abusive individuals on the platform, but my account was also flagged without any violation. I merely expressed discomfort with how the therapist communicated, and I was flagged for it. Despite informing them about my unease, I received an account block for that very reason! I would strongly advise anyone considering this platform to avoid it entirely! There’s no justification for allowing abusive behavior towards those in need of help!
