I ordered a hair piece described as a clip claw, but what I received was just a bunch of cheap hair without any claw clip. I paid through a payment service and filed a complaint, but they sided with the seller because they offered a return option that I couldn't prove. Returning it was impractical due to shipping from overseas. They send poor quality products knowing customers won't return them, keeping the money. Very dishonest.
