I bought software recently and received a link to download. The file size was a mere 2KB. I tried disabling my Antivirus and downloading again, but it was still the same. When I attempted to download from another browser, I got an error saying I'd reached my download limit. I contacted them the same day via email, but have had no response yet. After three days, I managed to reach them by phone, but the representative didn’t address my issue properly. I was promised the file would be sent, but I still haven't received anything. I've tried both contact numbers listed but got no response. I've also requested a refund through email. It seems they are indifferent to customer inquiries. This feels like a scam.
