I bought software from them two days ago. They provided a link, but when I downloaded the file, it was only 2KB. I even disabled my Antivirus to try again, but the file size remained the same. I attempted to download using a different browser, but I received an error message stating, "Sorry, you have reached your download limit for this file. Go to shop." How is this possible? I immediately emailed them and sent reminders, but I haven't received any response yet. Today marks the third day. Yesterday, someone answered my call by accident. She claimed she didn't understand my issue and said she would send the file, but I still haven’t received anything. I tried both the listed landline and mobile numbers, but there has been no reply. I've also sent another email requesting a refund. I doubt they care about our messages. This feels like a scam. Be cautious with this vendor.
