Scammers. They approached us with a copytrack copyright claim, for an image from FreePik.com and that's available in a lot of copyright-free image websites. Upon further investigation on the owner of the image, we found they are not related to concept-production, so they were demanding a copyright claim for an image they do not own. And according to most reviews, it seems like a pattern. If you get contacted by this company, investigate in detail whose the author of the image they are claiming to be theirs.
