Ordered a $10 magnetic light for under a cabinet. With shipping it came to $14. Then I was billed $18, and it never arrived. Disputed with PayPal, but the “company” showed it was delivered to my CITY (however they did not show which address). Best part: the company suggested I speak with all my neighbors and call the post offices (we have 4). I cannot believe the exceptionally poor customer service, as I’m certain it was sent to the wrong address. I used the tracking number which showed “delivered to my zip code” but my actual address didn’t appear. It was my first AND LAST time dealing with these jerks. AVOID THEM, as you’ll probably never receive your product.
