I brought in a 19-year-old bike for repairs, but it was evident that the frame was compromised. It was decided to create a new build using some components from the old bike. The new bike was assembled quickly and looks good, functioning well. My only concern is that several components were discarded instead of returned to me, except for the frame, which would have incurred extra disposal costs. The specifications are similar, but there are some noticeable differences in crank length and gear ratio after riding the old setup for so long. Nonetheless, the staff were very helpful.
