Disappointing experience with service. Purchased multiple travel passes, only to find out that the tickets were not delivered digitally. Instead, I had to go to a distant kiosk covered in graffiti to collect the physical tickets. The machine was faulty and didn't dispense all of our tickets. I emailed the provided address for confirmation about the missing tickets and to request a refund. The dispensed tickets were unreliable, and when I asked for a refund, they informed me it could take over a month (IF APPROVED). I understand they might respond to this review claiming their service is satisfactory, but it feels quite dubious.
