I actually would give a zero rating if it was an option. We bought a three day Vienna transport pass with airport transfer. Should have realised something wasn’t right when the tickets couldn’t be downloaded into our wallet. When on the CAT (City Airport Train) our tickets were scanned and found to have been used tickets. Not valid at all! I have forwarded my original email to the company with the tickets attached asking for a refund - no response for over two weeks. I don’t like writing negative reviews, but after feeling suspicious about this company and then investigating reviews further - I can see the pattern. In response to your response below - if you had of investigated my original email concern that was sent to you - you would have seen that there were two links attached to our original purchase - one for the Vienna transport ticket and one for the CAT. As we were able to see the tickets in an email, we screen shot these for when we were asked for validation. We had not used the tickets for the airport transfer as we purchased a three day pass on arrival in Vienna via Eurail, assuming the airport transfer was valid for a trip to the airport at the end of the pass! The concern is that it wasn’t just my ticket that was invalid, it was my husband’s as well. I could understand a fault with one ticket, but 2 tickets with the same response seems like a scam!If you are committed to resolving any issue with fairness and transparency, then you would have responded to my original email of concern and I wouldn’t have needed to place this negative review!FYI - the inspector on the CAT train took a photo of our ticket and our Eurail pass showing we had only arrived by train a few days earlier. They will be investigating!
