I bought a 3 day Milano Card and a duomo Ticket. What I did not know is that the public transportation ticket has to be picked up, it not an online ticket!!!!So I had to walk 25 minutes to my nearest pick up Kiosk. There the machine made printing noises but no ticket came out, it must have been empty. I foto-documented that.Since I wanted a refund, I did not use any of the other tickets for the Duomo or the fork etc. But, because I already downloaded the Duomo ticket, I do not get a refund for this. I my case it is my fault (bought a second duomo ticket at the entrance). I thought they are linked together and if I use the Duomo Ticket, that I am not getting a refund.To summarize : this Card, the pick up process and its offers are confusing, I can’t recommend buying it.The customer service did not answer at first, for me it felt like a scam and I was really mad.Now after 6 months I finally got an answer about a partial refund. But it was my 4th or 5th attempt to email them.Hope, that does work out.The company is not a scam but needs to improve.
