Shocking service. They charged me for a service I never received and whenever I contact them they say they have a support team working around the clock to help. That is not the case, it's been months and all that happens is that I get an email saying we are investigating. The best part is that I always receive a response to my TrustPilot feedback, this issue has still NOT been resolved, even though they have a support team.
