What a disaster ConetPass is in Milan. If it's not a scam (as they claim) then it is sheer incompetence and simply a money grabbing operation. The 3 day travelpass I paid for online never appeared. Once payment is taken they then reveal that you have to travel back to the City Rail terminal to collect the pass from a remote kiosk. The kiosk wasn't there so my travel pass never materialised and all my efforts to achieve a refund were met with delay and obfuscation. This is truly a company to avoid at all costs. Read the other reviews here which I wish I had done before parting with my euros.Now I see the reply from Conetpass following my original review I can say with certainty that the procedure for getting the pass is simply not made clear before you make payment. The whole customer interface is unprofessional and designed to fob you off in the hope you will give up. My advice? Under no circumstances should anyone go near ConetPass. Read the other reviews.
