A very frustrating process and you are not informed on how the process works before buying the tickets, which are not refundable.You do not receive the tickets as expected, but have to write an email to get the tickets and then wait to see what happens. I am now waiting...You do not know if the tickets are valid from first use and then 24 hours on, or if it is per day (so do not activate late on the day).You have the feeling, that you are being scammed...
