we did book the pass(and pay)online and needed it the same day BUT when we wanted to download it, it said it will just be vaild after 2 days... since we then were supposed to be on our way home, we tried to cancel it, but they charged the credit cards already and now we are writing back and forth with them to get the money back... good customer service is something totally different. we felt like ripped off and still do...
