Bought 2 Firenze Pass Premium passes (66€ each) and when trying to enter the Galleria degli Uffizi I wasn't able to download one of the tickets for my girlfriend. It said "Ticket not available at the moment. We are working to process your ticket as quickly as possible, and you will receive an email notification once it’s ready for download."but I was able to download mine 30 seconds ago. This is ridiculous, there's no phone number to call and for the email I only receive an automatic response. Already asked for a refund but obviously that got an automatic response again. Today is our last day here in Florence and he tried buying tickets in person to salvage this situation but they are all out of stock. This will definitely ruin our experience here. This company is a scam
