I had a terrible experience with this company. I purchased what was clearly advertised as a digital ticket, only to find out after completing the payment that I was required to print the ticket on A4 paper in order to use it. This is blatant false advertising and incredibly inconvenient—especially for someone travelling abroad without access to a printer.To make matters worse, I contacted their customer service multiple times over the course of a week to request a refund for the misleading ticket and the extra costs I incurred. I received no response whatsoever. The complete lack of accountability and customer care is unacceptable.I strongly advise others to avoid this service. If you value honesty, transparency, and basic customer support—look elsewhere.
