I have been unable to receive a refund since visiting Amsterdam in early March - purchasing 2 tickets and then returning them/ not using them as they were purchased in correctly. I have tried to contact conet pass weekly since and never receive any correspondence other than the standard e mail that my refund will be processed , I’d like to know when it will be processed please !I have completed the online form snd sent numerous messages snd still have not received a refund. Please sort this out. Thank you
