I’d like to go lower than 1 star- they are HORRIBLE! Customer service representative at the office was RUDE and unhelpful. We ended up buying a different museum pass after spending the $89 per pass as the passes were not available until 12:00. However, we never could download them even at 12:00- it said an email would be sent and was never sent! Plus, we had to purchase a second water bus taxi pass- no one explained to use the same ticket for the three days. Don’t throw away your $$ like we did! They are awful!
