However, the activation process was overly complex and poorly documented, which was frustrating even for someone reasonably tech-savvy like myself. When we arrived in Stockholm in the early hours of the morning, the pass wouldn't activate, even after several hours and we had to pay an additional fee to travel to our hotel. Most disappointing was the misleading marketing of the Stockholm pass, which promised free access to Uber Lime. After wasting considerable time trying to make this feature work, I ultimately gave up.
