In December 2024 I Purchased tickets for water taxi in Venice, Tickets did not arrive, so just brought tickets from office when you get out of the train station. have requested refund, was told I would have it in January 2025, after several emails to them, here we are in June 2025, still no refund..do not recommend using this company at all, they would not know customer services if it bit them.
