After I have booked and paid for the CRTM Tourist Card for Madrid, I have received the following e-mail from Conetpass:“Unfortunately, your Madrid City Pass has been cancelled due to a technical fault. You weren't charged by Conet Pass, and the payment has been reversed.”To date there is no promised: "amount in your account within 2 business days" on my account.I would never use Connetpass again.
