I travelled with four friends to Amsterdam and we each had purchased a seven day pass to be downloaded when we arrived. However, none of us were able to download the tickets and were advised that an email would be sent when the tickets were available. No email ever arrived. When we contacted customer service to resolve this issue we were sent a “card” that was supposed to be a ticket. However, it had no barcode or QR code or anything that could be scanned, so was completely useless to use on trains (you have to scan to get onto the platform) or trams (you have to scan on and off the tram or risk a hefty fine). So, if this is not a scam, it is a seriously dodgy business. I advise anyone travelling to Amsterdam not to bother with Conet Pass. The public transport system there is fantastic and all you need to do is use your own credit card to scan on and off.
