Poor Customer Service

With reference to the previous review of this Company and their commitment to refund both the ticket cost and the fines we received as a result of the tickets being invalid.Despite chasing twice we are still to recieve any credits from them they are standing behind 7-10 days but how long should it take to put an embarrassing mistake right.It's not only the financial loss but we spent the first day of our short trip sorting their mess out and spending more money on trains to get to the place we had to pay the fines.
