Me and my wife whonhas stage 4 cancer took a trip to Paris and Rome, I purchased a 3 day conetpass for Rome becaue it offered a $25 off restaurant coupon and $5 off taxis. Well we tried to use the taxi coupon only to find it expired a month before I purchased it then we went to use the $25 of restaurant coupon, i followed the directions to the T i down loaded the fork added a payment method and found a restaurant that took the fork pay . But they refused to accept it and what's worse is i lost the coupon I have tried to reach out to conet pass but no contact info I can find. Then only useful part was the airport shuttle and that's becaue I used it only one way .Not happy at all
