A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I paid online for a 4-day Milano pass including trips from and to Malpensa Airport. On arrival in Milan city centre, I walked to the designated (far-off) street kiosk and inputted the code I received by email, after which the machine issued a ticket. A man standing by the machine however informed me that it only issued 3-day passes and I would have to walk back to the station to get the four-day pass, but he couldn't tell me where to go to. After much fruitless searching and frustration, the man at the Trenitalia office in the main station told me the ticket had expired and indeed didn't work on the metro barriers. With no contacts to call and no website I was stuck with a dud ticket which only gave me travel from and to the airport. In the end, I paid for all my metro travel over the four days. Instead of using this company, buy your passes from official outlets, such as the ticket machines in Milan's metro stations.
