Ok first of all the communication is too difficult because no phone number exists. They answer by email but it makes it not so good service. I bought 4days and shuttle bus with return. I received the mail but on day of my travel I peak the shuttle bus but not the 1day metro pass because of a technical issue said by email. So I pay metro to be possible for me to go to pickup point to receive the 3 days pass. Shuttle bus ticket worked fine on both directions I used them. 3 days pass worked for 2 days. The 25e for restaurants also worked! So for the 2 days metro that didn’t worked I send them refund request and I am waiting.
