We bought 2 x 5 day passes and can't use. The 1st 24 hr ones would not activate at the metro barriers. The 2nd 24 hour passes were the same. We gove up and bought a new card pass at the metro...perfect! We are left with 2 x 3 day useless passes. Such a wasteful expense. Can we get a refund for the 3 day passes never downloaded??? Do not buy this pass!I have now made contact, as suggested, after searching for an address. I have not had a response? If conetpass had a clearer contact information, this would assist many customers who have been unable to use their downloaded passes. I have not used my 2 x downloaded 24 hour passes for my husband and myself and have 2 further 3 day passes not downloaded. At the metro barrier, we selected the line we wanted from the choice of 3 ....what a system! Each time, the barrier rejected the code on our downloaded passes. I would wel some a refund because we bought a different pass that let us access all metro routes and buses at less cost. I will be surprised and pleased should conet pass respond to my completed online form.
